Our school was assigned to the wool industry. Our Bull has a lot of woolen objects as well as accessories, one of those is our base. Our base is made out of woolen carpet to represent a bird’s eye view of a wool farm. Another accessory that represents wool is our woolen jersey which is located on the top part of the bull, we also have a sock on the back left leg of our bull. The woolen jersey and colourful sock represents the clothing industry and the alternative use of wool in clothing. The jersey also shows our school colours. We also have milk coming out of our bull/cow’s udder that is made of strands of wool that goes into a bucket. On one of the front legs you will see rain/water this is meant to represent how wool takes up less water then other clothing materials (e.g: cotton), on the other leg there is a tree this is meant to represent climate change as well as the face in which one side represents what the world will look like if we fix climate change and the other side is meant to represent what will look like if we keep going on with our climate change ways. Overall we tried to include many different accessories of wool and we strongly believe we accomplished it.
